We are a fast growing construction company with a rapidly growing Pool Division. We are looking for experience in construction, plumbing, fencing, small tractor work, digging, grading, heavy lifting, and concrete removal. We need someone who has Bobcat skid-steer with foot control experience who can load a dump truck. If you have elevation and plan set reading skills that would be a big plus! We are willing to train the right candidates in all aspects of the pool building phases. Responsibilities & Skills Foot controlled Bobcat skid-steer experience High knowledge of general construction Communicating effectively with subcontractors’ crews Making sure pool is built per plans Assisting Project managers Assisting with general labor tasks Knowledge of skilled labor Problem-solving abilities Good physical condition and stamina High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.) Opportunities for advancement. Compensation based on experience.
