We primarily perform residential solar installations. No experience required, we provide all the training and tools for you to succeed. This position is entry-level with ample room to advance. While it is not required that you have solar experience, it is essential that you have good coordination, basic knowledge of tools, and are able to work outdoors. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble racking and solar array Install roof-mounted solar systems Properly seal all roof penetrations Maintain a clean work site QUALIFICATIONS: Great attitude No fear of heights; be comfortable working on a roof Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to safely climb ladders Punctual and willing to learn and work hard Works well with others in a collaborative team environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
