The world governments(NWO) conspired to create a biological weapon and release it on the populace to generate government emergency powers, implement a one-world government and take complete totalitarian control of all aspects of human life under the guise of public safety, while in actuality it was a mass depopulation/ micro-chipping/transhumanist assault.
