Survey Merchandiser is looking for Experienced Retail Merchandisers with Brand Ambassador experience to work on a promotional sales event for sporting goods in the area of Seattle, WA. About Us: We’re an app-based company with thousands of reps completing more than 90,000 store visits each month. We’re one of the fastest growing retail merchandising companies in the world. About the Work: - Pay is $20/hr, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. - Project will start on May 16th and will continue until May 20th. - Workdays are Monday through Friday. - Hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch). - Work will be done on apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment. Apparel: - Remove from boxes, sort by gender and category, open plastic bag, remove particulars.(M stickers, stays, etc.) - Hang on appropriate size hanger and place on rolling rack. - Apply label to back of hangtag, referencing catalog as needed. - Sort into catalog order by page number by referencing label. - Steam apparel, could be 2-3 days worth. Footwear: - Sort by gender, put like materials together. - Sort into catalog order, referencing catalog as needed. - Unpack from plastic bag, remove stuffing. - Apply label to bottom of shoe with stapler. - Place on footwear shelves in catalog order by gender. Showrooms - Apparel, Footwear, Equipment/Accessories: - Move product from rolling rack to jet rail, may use step stool. - Assist with creating seasonal vignettes, select outfits. - Set showrooms as needed for sales presentations. - Reconfiguring hardware on the walls/fixtures, may use steep stool. Mannequin: - Sort by gender and outfit, steam. - Dress up to 20 mannequins, relocate as needed. Miscellaneous: - Move boxes from receiving to showroom each day. - Assembled collapsed rolling racks as needed. - Break down boxes, take out daily garbage. - Organizing Catalogs in storage room - moving boxes 20 lb each. - Help organize storage, fixtures, rolling racks, etc. - Once all in order, take catalog and highlight all styles onsite with highlighter. Dress Code: - Columbia Sportswear styles are encouraged but not required. - Casual sportswear that is comfortable, clean, flexible, and appropriately fitting, yet still maintaining a business casual look. - As leggings are the trend and we now make them, please only wear with tops that adequately cover the backside. - Capri style bottoms are acceptable. Bottoms should not be above the knee. - Closed toe footwear, footwear that is supportive and covers entire foot. - For safety reasons, be mindful of jewelry that is worn (e.g., long necklaces, loose bracelets, dangling earrings, anything that could get caught on hangers, hardware, etc.). - Request that logos from other vendors are not visible. Perks: - All work is conveniently scheduled and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments and reimbursements. - Payments are available to claim 6 days after successfully uploading your assignment on the app. (reimbursements are processed within 24 hours). - Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. - Training and Support is available 7 days a week. About You: - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - You’re good at following directions and can problem solve if needed. - You’re reliable and good at self-managing. - You’re a great communicator and can engage people in conversation. - You’re able to work on your feet for extended periods and can lift up to 50 lbs. - You’re 21 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
