Very relaxed and fun workplace COMPENSATION OUTLINE FOR THE JACK OF ALL TRADES: $17.00 FOOT IN THE DOOR $17.50 AFTER 30 DAY REVIEW AND NO UNPLANNED ABSENCES! $18.00 AFTER 60 DAY REVIEW AND NO UNPLANNED ABSENCES! $150 BONUS (PLUS HOURLY AND OVERTIME) WHEN YOU WORK THE ON-CALL WEEKEND! Typical working schedule is Monday - Friday with a rotating on call shift on the weekends, 10-12 hour days minimum. Start times will typically be 5am to start but could range from 5am-7am. Additional hours will be required based on workload, seasonality fluctuations, and during events/promotions. WAREHOUSE DELIVERY DRIVER DUTIES (JACK OF ALL TRADES): Safely operate company vehicle (including box trucks) to pick up and deliver parts and equipment in the company territory Serve a 50 mile radius, any direction, of our Burnsville office Deliver materials to our HVAC Technicians, Electricians, and Plumbers Assist in loading and unloading of the materials along with our technicians Provide courteous customer service and assists technician on job where needed Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles in a timely manner Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers Read and follow maps and directions Report delays, accidents, or other traffic situations or bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios Maintain clean and safe work environment while following company policies and procedures Operate fork lift, pallet jack and scanner, when necessary (Training provided) Other miscellaneous duties as assigned What we look for: A passion to get into the trades! High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Driver’s License required**** Current DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one (Company Paid) Some experience in the operation of motor vehicles utilized in warehouse and delivery operations Positive attitude Attention to detail Willingness and ability to accept and embrace change Exceptional driving record Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds on your own, and the ability to sit, stand for long periods of time, bend arms, elbows and knees.
