Rehoming pit bull

I am looking to rehome my pit bull I am not going to rehome just to anybody he has a lot of issues that need to be worked on, I got him when he was a puppy and the person I got him from was neglecting him and starving him and I assume they were beating him as well so he has tons of energy and anxiety. He can’t be trusted out of a kennel if no one is home, he is good with other animals that I know of but I haven’t really had him around my cats to much to know. He is not Fixed and he is about a year and a few months I have giving him so many chances I just can’t anymore since I have a new baby on the way it’s just to much for me.
