If you’re aching to be a star or currently a star looking for a new place to shine, please, keep reading. I’m the drummer / band leader of a start-up project and looking for female lead singer that can really deliver the goods! The current line up currently consists of a really solid bass and rhythm guitar players and we all have a lot of performance experience. I’m building a high energy dance / groove band with a bit of a rock edge and need you! I want to encourage any experience level to give this at least a try. Maybe you’re a pro and need a new project or a queen of karaoke and you’re ready for the next level. Whatever the case, bring it! Experience is always a plus the reality is, I’m less concerned with your overall experience and more about your dedication and desire to deliver a great performance and continuously develop your skills. Ideal traits: Has a solid command of your voice - most importantly “knows your voice” and has the ability to self-evaluate your performances (i.e. know when your sharp or flat,,,and be able to correct!) Harmonizing is also key, especially for when the guys take over for a lead or two. We’re based in Round Rock Rehearse Saturdays starting around noon (I don’t plan on practicing much once we really get going) Gig on Fridays, with the occasional weekday gig,,,maaaaybe a Saturday or two No drugs or heavy drunks!! Be responsible, have a work ethic and BE A TEAM PLAYER!!! Bonus if you can play guitar but definitely a deal breaker if you don’t Above all else, own your performance and have fun! What crowds love more than anything is a group that can play their asses off and have a great time doing it. I know I do. In the end, I want it to be just as fun on stage is it is out on the floor.
