Description

Most of the work occurs outdoors, where you’ll be maintaining parking lots, sidewalks, and walls of commercial buildings. Most days you will work with at least one other crew member. During winter months, Snow Removal shifts will be required. Key Responsibilities: • Do all things with safety in mind first, and expect the same from fellow crew members. Attend all safety meetings. • Drive company trucks and pull trailers to and from work sites. CDL is a plus. • Inspect all work, ensuring work is fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction and Bob Popp Standards. • Respectfully and clearly communicate with the customer, sales staff, maintenance shop, office staff, and fellow crew members. • You aren’t satisfied with average performance. Qualifications: • 21 years or older • Current & valid driver’s license is required. • Attention to detail. • Problem solver: able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays. • Well-spoken, great attendance, and reliable. • Able to lift 80 lbs. • Team leadership experience a plus.
