Seeking a hard-working individual to work as a subcontractor for a small landscape gardening company. Experience is not mandatory- willing to train the right person. Eligible candidates must: • Be willing to learn and adapt to the work practices of this business • Be able to communicate effectively to business owner and co-worker via phone and email • Have a mobile phone available for work purposes • Be able to work alone, and balance initiative • Present oneself professionally • Have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and energy to work physically all day (weeding, raking, digging, planting, lifting) • Be willing and able to work in the heat and other undesirable weather • MUST have reliable transportation to work, and throughout the workday • Acquire basic work tools once hired Work tasks include: • Maintenance of residential landscaping • Assisting with planting and garden renovations • Completion and submission of invoices on a weekly basis • Communicate pertinent information regarding jobs to supervisor Schedule/Hours/Location/Pay: • Jobs are typically located in Denver and Aurora, one full time position available in Parker • Work hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 9am-5pm • Work season is typically mid-March – mid-December, weather dependent • Possibility of winter work (January-February) • $20 per hour starting pay, with quick pay raises depending on job • performance/knowledge/amount of training needed Rate: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME OR BRIEF WORK HISTORY Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
