In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, using our client's innovative technology platform, while driving the continuous improvement/growth of the company's services. As a Field Manager, you'll: Manage a local team to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and an unbelievable customer experience across the region. Oversee driver supply to ensure the company has the right number of drivers on the road in order to meet demand.Uncover opportunities for efficiency and execute changes to realize improvements in both user experience and financial performance.Utilize data to create business insights, which inform new business practices and policies.  Serve as point of contact for drivers and customers to preempt and respond to operational issues.Work collaboratively with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes, systems, and tools—driving rapid growth.
