We are searching for an Installation Technician to join our team and complete installations for homeowners in the northern Indiana area. The installation technician will be part of a crew and responsible for installing the CoolPools.com semi-inground swimming pool as trained and to company specification. *Lots of opportunity for growth within the company! Job description: Work with a 3-person crew to install semi-inground swimming pools in 2-3 day time frame. Minimum of 2 pool installations per week. Assist with unpacking pool pallets, assembling steel panel walls, leveling concrete and sand, and installing liners and filtration systems. Arrive onsite in a timely manner and remain professional while interacting with homeowners Report directly to the Regional Installation Manager overseeing the project Based on the location of installation, overnight stays at hotels will be provided by CoolPools.com to complete pool installation in a timely manner All equipment will be provided to complete the installations Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Health savings account Stipends for travel provided for jobs that require overnight stays Requirements: Pool installation experience a plus Construction, landscaping or hardscaping experience a plus
