The owner Paul Cash is a scam artist who is "renting" the WORST monthly lockout. This place has the worst sound proofing. There is No sound proofing! You can hear people "coughing and laughing" in the room next to you!!!!! These are NOT made for musicians. ARW studios is nothing more than a DIY (do it yourself) set up with cheap construction, bad sound proofing with NO carpet in the hallways. NO heat and the air conditioning is poorly distributed air unit that is for a small room and doesn't cool down your studio. PAUL IS ALSO ILLEGALLY LIVING IN HIS OWN UNIT!
