Description

Walking 20 minutes a day for 4 or 5 days of the week is all you need to maintain your overall health. If you can't manage 20-30 minutes a day, remember 'even a little is good, but more is better', and you can build up your regimen slowly over time--even weeks. Walking with others can turn exercise into an enjoyable experience. If you might be interested in regular walks with one or two others drop me a line. I'm not far from the Eagle Rock Mall, which is also a nice place to walk under a sheltered roof.
