Circa Furniture is a furniture design and restoration shop with a diverse range of projects including:
- Furniture Refinishing and Repair
- Custom-Built Furniture and Cabinetry
- Antique Restorations
Currently hiring for a Shop Assistant. Starting pay for this position is $15 per hour. Experience is welcomed but not necessary. Please reply with a resume or description of your work experience.
Job Requirements:
- Driver’s license
- A willingness to learn and grow with our business.
- A positive attitude towards work and life.
Experience in ANY of the following areas is a PLUS:
- Knowledgeable about woodworking shop machines, power tools, hand tools, and materials.
- Ability to read shop drawings and fabricate wood cabinets accordingly.
- Furniture / wood repair
- Veneer repair and inlays
- Joinery
- Carving
- Sanding
- Upholstery repair
- Color-matching wood stains
- Commercial spray finishing
