James Michelle Jewelry is looking for a detail oriented bench jewelry maker. Responsibilities: Completing their share of the teams orders to be produced that day Staying on top of their order turnaround timeframe and quality of completed orders Maintain high level quality control Cut, shape, solder and hammer precious metals Ability to jump in where needed and take on more during busy times of the year to get the job done Minimum Qualifications: Exceptional communication High level attention to detail Self-reliant and adaptable based on business needs Strong initiative and self-driven, ability to multi-task and maintain organization Prior experience working in a team environment and independently preferred Prior jewelry experience preferred The Details: Hours of operation: 9am-5:30pm, Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week (Shift time can be flexible) Comfortable lifting 20-30 lbs, standing or sitting for long periods of time Ability to focus in a loud, busy environment Please submit a Cover Letter with your resume to be considered for this role Job Type: Full-time Remote work NOT available Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Jewelry: 1 year (Preferred)
