James Michelle Jewelry is looking for a Fulfillment Associate responsible for; fulfilling / shipping e-commerce orders and monitoring quality control. * Currently offering a Hiring Bonus Responsibilities Ensure all orders are properly packaged and shipped to the customer Manage shipping supply inventory and replenishment Ensure quality, delivery and other objectives are met within our standard lead time Assist in Customer Service with emails as needed Maintain a clean work environment by keeping the area free of trash and storing the product in correct locations Prepare and pack orders according to company standards, including processing USPS shipping labels Minimum Qualifications Exceptional communication and attention to detail Self-reliant and adaptable based on business needs Comfortable with repetition Able to work an assigned schedule that falls within our operating hours, weekends, and holidays Basic proficiency with computers Strong initiative and self-driven, ability to multi-task and maintain organization Prior experience working in a team environment and independently preferred Previous retail and/or gift wrapping experience preferred.
