Hi! My name is Allie and I run a growing Airbnb business in Des Moines. I've been open for over 2 years and currently have 40 active listings on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.. I'm looking to expand my team of driven cleaners and housekeepers to help me turn over my rooms in between guests. Our culture values candidates who are dependable and driven to work autonomously. We are expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties - this means that this opportunity could lead to growth and advancement for the right candidates who want to grow with us. The ideal candidate has proven experience being able to perform on their own initiative, without a manager calling the shots for them all the time. Responsibilities The responsibilities of this housekeeper position include but aren’t limited to: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards. Monitor and report inventory levels in properties. Replenish inventory. Identify, suggest, and implement improvements to properties. Qualifications Required: Professional and detail-oriented Reliable Transportation Time Management and organization skills Knowledge of English language Smart phone Preferred: Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, custodian, etc. Desired: Experience in hospitality - hotels or short-term vacation rentals.
