Our company is seeking a Supervisor for Janitorial Services. Employee is responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team on a designated account and on a designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. Applicants must have relative and recent experience. • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the last 4 years. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Training and monitoring janitorial staff · Check equipment to ensure it is in working order. Ensure staff is fully trained to use the maintenance equipment. · Perform and assist with cleaning duties as necessary · Take inventory and order janitorial supplies · Responsible for directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. · Have a working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling and storing materials. Experience: • 3-5 years related experience and/or training in a managerial or supervisory role in a service-related industry • Knowledge of general chemicals and practices used in a janitorial setting • Experience with janitorial equipment including vacuums, pressure washers, strip/wax floors and carpet care, etc. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. Ability to communicate effectively. Bilingual skills are a plus but not necessary Must be able to pass nationwide background check, drug testing, have a valid license, car insurance and be eligible to work in the US Pay: $20-$25.00 per hour depending on experience Schedule: 6-8 hour shifts Night Shift On call Weekend availability Job Type: Full-time or Part time weekend Please respond with heading in email "Supervisor" and include a Resume
