We are selling this very lightly used, clean cat tree simply because it's of a scale for cats smaller than ours (10-11 lbs). Our cats can use this tree, but the cubby and the holes in it are clearly intended for smaller cats. The tree disassembles, to break down into pieces that will fit into two good-sized shopping bags. Allen wrench needed for assembly/disassembly. Measures about 19 x 25" at the base and is about 62" tall. Cash only for $60, firm. Near NE 162nd and Halsey.
