Start-Up Cover Band

Description
I'm looking for people who are interested in turning their band into their primary source of income. The goal is to play popular music, but in different styles to bring something new to the table. It would be great to play 3-4 shows a week if everyone's schedule allows for it. I don't want to write anything that sounds too heavy, as that limits our audience appeal and also limits the number of venues that will accept our act. I am a 33 year old dude. I've been playing guitar for about 14 years. I've been in a few different bands, busked, done open mic nights, recorded a little in studios. I'd consider myself to be a great guitar player, but I'm not a virtuoso in my own opinion. I'm not the best vocalist, but I'll sing lead if that's what the music calls for. I'm down to play guitar or bass depending on the lineup we end up with, and what sounds the best to us as a whole. In the past, choosing the songs for the cover bands I've been in has been very democratic. We each pick 5-10 songs, rate them on an scale of 1-10 based on how much we like the songs, and learn a handful of them that everyone feels the strongest about. Then we do it again after those songs are learned. All I ask is that the song choices be popular enough that the majority of the crowd will be familiar with them. I'm looking for vocalists, guitarists, bassists, drummers, keyboard players, and anyone else that thinks they would be able to contribute to the sound. As a drummer, you don't have to have an electronic kit, but it could be quite helpful in opening up the number of places we can play. Here's a very rough, unmixed version of R U Mine? by Arctic Monkeys that I threw together to give you all an idea of what I'm trying to do. We don't have to use this song or this style, it's just for reference. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xYzKSYpWaBXOhAWUTRXkv30VMg44bgWr/view?usp=sharing If you are interested, please email me, and I will get back to you whether I'm interested or not. Getting ghosted is quite annoying and it's much better to just be honest.
