Pacific Building Services, Inc., is looking for multiple, capable Maintenance Technicians. We are a fast paced, multifaceted company that is looking to expand our team. Our company does general maintenance at over 60 buildings throughout Anchorage and Eagle River. Job duties rotate on a daily basis, some days we are replacing ceiling tiles, fixing a leaking dishwasher or installing a flush lever on a toilet other days we focus on small remodel jobs. We are looking for multiple people to join our team. General Maintenance background preferred. Employees need to be able to fill out work orders on a daily basis, be punctual and be able to meet with customers. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning and motivated to solve issues. We do not ask that you know the answer, but we ask that you be interested in finding the answer, using your resources. Must have reliable transportation and reliable means of communication. We are looking to hire for the long term and investing in our employees. Our employees are here stay with us long term, we are just a growing company in an ever growing industry.
