Hello everyone my name is Courtney and I'm 31 years old.I'm from Washington but thought I'd reach more people here. I have been suffering from dental problems my entire life. My teeth have caused me excruciating pain and embarrassment since I was a very young child. It started as a double set of teeth along with the fact I never learned proper dental hygeine and I'm ashamed to say it barely ever even crossed my mind to brush my teeth. My father feels awful for never reminding me to brush my teeth or even telling me one time that I ever remember. My mother recently passed but if I asked her why she also didn't I know it would hit her how badly I needed those lessons. I know that probably doesn't seem like a good enough excuse but it's the truth. I was well into my teens before I started brushing regularly. On top of that I was born with a double set so I've always been mortified by my teeth. Well long story short from having so many horribly decayed teeth and getting them pulled one by one as that's all state insurance will really cover now I'm left with no teeth on my top right after my two front aside from half a tooth and on my bottom left I have only one tooth that's rotten down to the gum line and will need surgery to be removed. I am in so much pain and even worse am too embarrassed to really even talk to people. I've been to interview after interview and can't get hired due to this obvious problem. No I promise it's nothing to do with drugs and it hurts so badly to be accused of that. I do smoke marijuan socially but haven't been social in a long time it seems. Cigarettes are my only vice and being that I don't have any income I can only smoke less than a pack every two weeks. I'm trying desperately to quit but the patches make me very nauseous. Anyways, recently I found a program that picks one needy person a year to get a full smile makeover and I applied and what I'm in need of now is as many prayers as I can get. Please pray for me to be chosen to recieve this life changing gift it would mean so so much to me just if you could take a minute for me because I know what the bible says about 2 or more people praying together being extra powerful.
