RAGNAR went missing from Parham St., Carthage late Sat. afternoon ( April 23). He is small, pure white long haired, and only 8 months old. Please report any possible sighting, but unless you have already gained his confidence or have TNR experience, please DO NOT TRY TO CAPTURE HIM- it could scare him into running farther away.
