Wanted Person or Family to move into Farm House while performing farm duties and having access to additional land for their own endeavors in livestock or gardening. We currently have approximately 150 acres of irrigated farm land that needs to be planted and maintained. We have the necessary equipment and materials to perform farming duties. Person would be required to maintain our land and buildings (not a full time job) in exchange for housing and access to additional property for raising livestock and or gardening. House is approximately 1,000 sf that needs to be updated. If interested in this arrangement, please send a brief letter listing your qualifications, family situation and general idea for use of additional land that is available for your use. Property is approximately 25 miles from Missoula.
