Budget Blinds® of Kalispell is seeking a motivated installation and service technician to join our growing team immediately! Any installation, carpentry or mechanic experience is a plus, but we will provide training to the right candidate. Excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn and adapt are the traits we are looking for! Technician responsibilities include the following: - Install blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and other window treatments - Diagnose and perform repairs as necessary - Stock van and warehouse with installation and repair supplies - Maintain a cheerful and helpful attitude while representing our company Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but are flexible, with total hours ranging from 35-45 per week. More hours may be necessary during our busy summer season. Schedule can be adjusted for students with light to moderate schedules. Tools, and a company vehicle will be provided during business hours. The technician must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from the shop. Compensation is based upon experience, attitude and ability.
