Ground Works Land Design’s vision is to become Northeast Ohio's most renowned center for professional services in the Landscape Industry. During the Winter, we lend a helping hand to our clients with snow removal as well. We are offer experienced landscapers a signing bonus. What We Offer: Up to $22/per hour (based on experience) Profit Sharing/Bonuses Healthcare Insurance 401K Retirement Plans with a 5% Match Year-round employment Employee Appreciation Events Uniforms and Ground Works Swag Continuing education Professional environment with room for personal and professional growth Responsibilities: Lawn & landscape bed maintenance Horticultural pruning Spring & fall clean up Basic plant knowledge Communicate with clients when necessary and address customer concerns Proficiently operate a variety of landscape maintenance equipment, such as zero turn mower, line trimmer, stick edger, hedge trimmer, backpack blower, Chainsaw, etc. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and equipment Direct and train crew members Complete all production related digital timesheets Positively promote company culture Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience landscape or grounds keeping Work successfully with limited supervision Valid Driver’s License High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Work in a fast-paced environment Analyze diverse problems and consistently make proper decisions Ground Works Land Design is an equal opportunity employer.
