Ground Works Land Design’s vision is to become Northeast Ohio's most renowned center for professional services in the Landscape Industry. During the Winter, we lend a helping hand to our clients with snow removal as well. We offer experienced Irrigation Technicians a signing bonus. What We Offer: Up to $25/per hour (based on experience) Profit Sharing/Bonuses Healthcare Insurance 401K Retirement Plans with a 5% Match Year-round employment Employee Appreciation Events Uniforms and Ground Works Swag Continuing education Professional environment with room for personal and professional growth Responsibilities: Service, install, and troubleshoot irrigation systems Operate irrigation systems, clocks, equipment, and installation equipment Irrigation winterization Conducting and recording detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems Communicate with clients when necessary and address customer concerns Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and equipment Direct and train crew members Complete all production related digital timesheets Positively promote company culture Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as Irrigation Technician Work successfully with limited supervision Valid Driver’s License High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Work in a fast-paced environment Analyze diverse problems and consistently make proper decisions Ground Works Land Design is an equal opportunity employer.
