Eclectic / "Power Pop" Band

I am a guitarist (and half-singer) looking to form a band; looking specifically for lead vocals, bass, drums, and keys (and maybe eventually another guitarist so if you play thats a plus). I mentioned "power pop" because of my love of bands like Big Star, the Kinks, REM, etc but I really want to join forces with musicians who love a wide range of music, can learn songs quickly, and are both versatile and focused. Not interested in "jamming" aimlessly or playing songs we dont know the arrangements to. Looking to write structured songs with tight hooks and additive musicianship, and do it in a collaborative way. Basically just looking for music lovers who can play!
