I have a pipe that broke about 2 weeks ago. It sprayed water all over the first and second floor of a duplex I own. I have about 2000 square feet of hardwood floors I need cut out. Also want all the drywall in the same rooms cut out. Thats walls and ceiling drywall cut out to the wood lathe. I need to get all of it exposed so it will dry out. All of it can be thrown in my driveway. I'll have it all picked up and hauled away another day.
If you find any mold inside the walls or under the floors. I'll need it all wiped down with 100% bleach. This job pays $400 when it's completed. I need it all done by Saturday of this week. You will start tomorrow morning at 10am on the 29th
Please don't call me if you are going to try and charge more that what I'm paying. I won't pay any more so please don't waste your time on it. $400 for about 20 hours of work is plenty. Thank you. The duplex is in Freeport, IL
