Description

The Parts Clerk issues and receives spare parts and supplies for vehicles or industrial equipment from inventory and vendors, makes purchases when authorized and reviews vendor invoices. High school diploma or its equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in retail, wholesale or warehouse inventory departments dealing with class 8 and below trucks and equipment; Must be able to be forklift-certified by the company; Should have strong inventory and data entry skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced work environment; Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; and Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook. Diesel mechanical background; and P1 and/or P2 ASE Certification. Must have a valid Texas Class C driver’s license; and Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations. *Texas Disposal Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
