We are looking for a hard working, trustworthy and motivated individual to join our growing team. This position will support multiple job sites, while also providing routine maintenance for our offices and properties. Ideal candidate has some handyman experience and basic knowledge of construction sites. The right candidate can grow quickly with us both in responsibility and compensation.
Basic Job Duties:
- Ensure our facilities meets the needs of our workers
- Provide handyman services to our offices/properties
- Inspect and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing or janitorial problems
- Manage service providers for our facilities
- Lawn care/landscaping for facilities
- Provide support to all construction job sites by serving as a runner
- Support CEO of company as needed
