Description

The Video Surveillance employee monitors the daily operation of cameras for the Landfill gatehouse and Material Recovery Facility (MRF) gatehouse. High school diploma or equivalent; Basic math skills; Basic computer and internet navigation skills; Ability to work efficiently and productively with minimum direct supervision; Must be able to maintain confidentiality; Must have the ability to interact professionally with customers; Ability to identify the size and type of collection trucks; Ability to measure non-standard trucks and compute the size of their loads in cubic yards; Ability to identify hazardous and special wastes; Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS); Must pass the tele-screen and 10-key tests; and Must satisfactorily complete 2- 4 hours of monitored observation in the gatehouse office.
