Seeking the right person to start as a pool technician that has interest in learning the industry and growing with the company. You will be provided on the job training to ensure you are learning the proper skill set for success. Starting pay is between $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 a year depending on experience with ability to receive raises and bonuses after 1st year. Qualifications: Pool cleaning experience preferred Able to pass a pre-employment background check Valid TX Driver’s License and clean driving record -(You will not be expected to use your own vehicle for work!) Dependability and trustworthiness Comfortable with working outside Attention to detail Customer service skills Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds Mechanical aptitude Problem solving skills
