Results Tree & Landscape Inc. in The Woodlands, TX is currently seeking a landscape foreman/ crew member. Job Description: Work outside 5-6 days per week in various weather conditions. Complete quality installation of plant material, rock, soil, sod, paver patios/walkways, trellises, water features, drainage systems, etc. Lead a crew of 2-3 team members, delegating work to maximize productivity and complete projects within budgeted hours. Complete required daily paperwork to document manhours and materials used. Skills: · Must have physical fitness and stamina to work in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours per day and lift 50 lbs · Must be able to work everyday, 5-6 days per week · Must be at least 18 years old · Must have reliable transportation · Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record · Must have strong communication skills · Landscape work experience preferred What we offer: Paid holidays Paid vacation Health Insurance Overtime
