Full Job Description: Complete work in a timely manner Report to Crew Lead and take personal initiative when empowered Maintain safety standards on job sites and rely on training to prevent accidents and protect yourself and homeowners Develop and maintain strong relationships with both staff members and clients-- Communication is a MUST!
