2nd shift CNC Programmer/ Set up Operator in Garden Grove. Must have a resume showing CNC experience and Mill/ Lathe. Pay $26.00 an hour Temp to Hire 1:30p.m.-10:00p.m. Must be able to work overtime and work Saturday's 6 hours. Will be working in a Machine Shop. • Must have Set up machines using hand tools and appropriate work instructions. • Program the machines to meet part drawing requirements using MasterCam. • Convert metric to standard • G.D. & T. • Estimate the duration of each job. Provide estimates to the Estimator withing 1 day for project quoting. • Program, test and revise machine programs when necessary. • Operate machines, monitoring and adjusting settings to reach desired tolerances. • Read and interpret drawings in order to be able to produce customer parts to spec. • Inspect products to determine conformance to blueprint specifications. • Observe and maneuver equipment and material to produce desired products and ensure safety. • Use or learn to use through training, any necessary tools or equipment used in the production of the part. • Clean and organize work area. • Keep detailed time sheets of all tasks and times. • Standing for long periods of time * Lifting up to 50 lbs. A minimum of three years lathe/ Mill experience.
