Searching for a contractor to complete water restoration, preservation & handyman services for a Chicago based company that has been in operation for 10 years. This is a full-time position &the contractor will be responsible for: Water extraction & drying Inspections Assessments & Bids Light plumbing & electrical Cleaning General contractor repairs such as gutters, fencing, lock changes, window boarding, among other tasks. You will need to take before, during & after photos of work to provide proof of completion & able to read work order instructions. Paid training, equipment & materials will be provided along with insurance. We are taking immediate interviews.
