Cove Behavioral Health is searching for a self-motivated and hands on individual to join our team! As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for simple maintenance and repair of Cove facilities by completing the following: -Complete routine building and grounds maintenance to include painting, basic masonry, changing locks, and replacing A/C filters, light bulbs, batteries, etc. -Estimate hours needed for projects and maintain time and production records and repair logs to ensure satisfactory results -Monitor inventory and safekeeping standards for all tools and equipment -Ensure adherence to and enforce safety regulations -Assist with coordination of major repairs by outside services -Actively respond to any emergency maintenance calls for all facilities   Español: Cove Behavioral Health se encuentra en la busqueda de una persona motivada y proactiva para unirse a nuestro grupo de trabajo! Responsabilidades incluye: Mantenimiento rutinario como pintura, albanileria basica, cambio de chapas de llaves, cambio de filtros de aire A/C, cambio de ampolletas de luz, baterias, etc. Ademas, seguir el tiempo y registro de cada projecto y resultados, chequear inventario de herramientas e equipamiento, mantener regulacions de seguridad, asistir con el arreglo de servicios y responder a emergencias en los establecimientos de Cove.  Schedule: -This is a full-time position with regular hours 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. -Local travel in agency vehicle required. -Occasional on-call required for special projects. Desired Knowledge and Abilities: -Must be at least 21 years of age. -Valid Florida Driver's License. -Ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical. -Must be able to carry or move up to 50 pounds. -Working knowledge of and ability to adhere to job site safety.
