We are looking for experienced hvac technicians ( SERVICE-SALES-INSTALLERS-HELPERS). Duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. Key Responsibilities Take tech support calls with HVAC technicians across the county - helping them troubleshoot and problem solve during their day-to-day service work. Document each call including its topic, caller and overall outcome into the company CRM system Patiently help diagnose issues and walk technicians through potential solutions Provide a very positive, can do attitude while being extremely patient with techs of varying degrees of experience. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We're also Looking for an office dispatcher/ for high paced sales driven hvac company. Job Requirements The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Demonstrate efficient and effective problem solving Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC not required but is a plus Conscientious team player Computer proficiency with outlook, word and excel basics The ability to interact with clients and staff in a professional manner bilingual is a plus Job Description Schedule and route technicians to sites Provide top level customer service and resolve complaints for residential and commercial clients Open work orders and follow the process Support the coordination of projects/work orders work under pressure Report, deliver, and pick up as necessary, vehicles with issues to management Have a proactive approach and achieve overall success within the service dept.
