Doberman to rehome ! Needs to be trained . 4 years old

I have a 4 year old male Red Doberman I got from people in Cleveland. I got him March 31st of this year. He attacks my dogs if their is food around and I need to rehome him. I contacted the people that i bought him from 3 days after anf they said no returns He needs to go to someone that can work with his problems and he loves to mark his territory in the house. He's not fixed but is up to date on shots and such. Please message me for more info. He was only used to breed with those people and is just now learning his name. He knows nothing. I've been trying to teach him how to sit but not working yet. He gets along with kids and people. He lives to just put his head on you and love you but this is as far as I know but I would really prefer him to go to a person that knows how to train him. He is registered AKC but that doesn't go with him since he is FREE
