Discount for someone who is able to start May 1st. This is a shared 2,000 sqft loft artist workspace in King Plow Arts Center. It's a gorgeous and gigantic industrial warehouse space, large windows, concrete floors, vented windows, 20' ceilings. You will be sharing the space with one other artist who lives there full time. I was initially on the lease but am unable to continue my agreement so I am looking for someone to take my spot ASAP.
