Small construction company with big dreams is expanding and needs the right individual to take over some of the office tasks. We are a high end contractor that is currently doing remodels and new construction projects throughout Seattle and the Eastside. We would like to expand and need assistance with the process of streamlining our office process. This person must know or be able to quickly learn Excel, CoConstruct, and Quickbooks. Tasks that needs completed will include creating invoices, payroll, social media management, photography, pdf editing, job posting maintenance, etc. You must be extremely detailed and organized. Profit sharing and ownership shares are available for this position since you will be a key individual that will help build this company. 10-40 hours a week. 25% in the Redmond office and 75% spent at your home office or Redmond office.
