JM Painting is looking for Experienced Painters and paint helpers to join our team REQUIREMENTS: * At least 3 years experience as a Journeyman Painter *Minimum Level of Education: 10th - 12th Grade *Minimum Age: 18 PREFERRED: * High school diploma or equivalent * Certified Power Lift Training card * OSHA 10 certification JOB DUTIES: * Apply safe waste disposal procedures. * Prepare paint surfaces. * Brush, roll, and airless spray. * Climb ladders. * Erect scaffold. * Follow material safety data sheets. * Follow safety procedures. * Operate power lifts (scissor lifts, JLG lifts 40' and 60'). * Operate spray paint equipment. * Lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis to carry gallons of paint, supplies, and industrial ladders. * Paint the interior or exterior of residential and commercial buildings. * Provide customer service. * Read repair work orders. * Use pressure washing equipment. * Perform other duties as assigned. WAGE: * $15 to $38 per hour depending on the project LOCATION: Various worksites throughout Portland Metro, Clackamas and Vancouver Hours per Week: 40 This position is: Full Time Employer will perform: a drug test a background check
