help get lawnmower to start

Need help to get push mover lawnmower to start. A Honda auto-choke mower I got from Lowe's last year. It won't crank when I pull cord, and there is not choke button to push. Am available Sunday anytime. Living in Cloverdale. $50 paid only if you get lawnmower to start.
