Description
I am looking for someone that is organized, professional and detail-oriented to assist a video crew during a large tech conference on May 17-18th. Must be fit as you will be on your feet all day and doing a lot of walking around the convention center. The first day will be from 10AM-10pm, second day will be from 9AM-6PM. Your day will consist of checking in with 7-8 crew members and making sure everyone has what they need and that they are staying on schedule and assisting the crew director. You may to make runs to buy things or transport items on location if needed such as batteries or food. This is a tech conference so a professional appearance is required but you are free to wear comfortable shoes. Meals will also be provided.
Some interest in the tech/silicon valley industry would be helpful but not required.
