i have a property for sale at 6113 east 8th street kansas city missouri 64125 it is presently listed with a real estate company. i need a skilled handyman who knows how to paint,drywall, able to do fascia soffits repairs etc. must be very close to the property.please provide references of any real estate agents you have done work for or any property management companies we just evicted someone from the house so here,s what i need it will be for 3 to 4 days. OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. #1 some sections of the exterior need to be touched up with some paint.some sections of the house were painted badly need to be touched up. #2 some of the windows the trim needs to be painted white.some are already painted but very poor job. # 3 a small section facing belmont ave 2 fascia/soffits need to be replaced small section. INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. we need to go room by room doing some cleaning & light touch of paint in the bedrooms,kitchen,living room bathroom. WE ARE TRYING TO GET THE HOUSE LOOKING PRESENTABLE FOR THE POTENTIAL BUYERS. the work is very easy to do just need someone who detail oriented going step by step to make the house look clean & smell nice. WE WILL PAY 600.00 FOR THE 3DAYS 8 HOURS A DAY BUT THE WORK I THINK CAN BE DONE FASTER.
