If you are a fast learner or have experience in construction or your skilled with your hands. apply if you meet these requirements. Preferably age 21 and under Work hrs are 10 am to 8pm max. most often 11 am to 6pm Base salary is $15 hr if you have any of the below mentioned attributes you will have an increase. $16hr If you have your own tool set basic repair tools with and impact driver set. ( will also be able to utilize tools supplied). $17hr if you have a drivers license. 17.50hr if you have your own vehicle you can use will also be compensated for tolls and gas if location is more than 30 miles. 18hr if you have proof of previous work and references also you will be expected to complete 3 jobs minimum per a day after first 3 months. Payment is weekly on friday via Zelle,Venmo or Cash. You will be expected to show up on time and complete jobs to customers satisfaction. lunch break is 30 minutes. You will be given route and expected to be completed by end of day 8pm. Most often will accompany myself on sizable job or tasked to complete simple repairs,installs or assembly on your own. typically you will be tasked to assemble furniture, hang mirrors,shelves, art and other items, repair small drywall patches and other small simple repairs. All Payment from customers must be declared at end of day and handed over to Management. Bonuses You are entitled to 100% of tips. You will be given Bonuses for early Job completion and for Upselling services. Must be friendly,co-operative and honest. No Solicitating outside services or backdooring serious inquiries only.
