Light Yoga, meditation, breathwork and a little gardening. You will leave relaxed, connected and with some really cute aloe gifts! Join Linda Frank, E-CYT 300, and Andrea Clemens Master Farmer Florist and owner of Lovelight Flowers out of East Troy, on Sunday May 1st, from 1-3pm, at Dreams Life and Wellness Center in lovely downtown Waukesha. We will be doing a 2 hour immersion of movement and getting in touch with Mother Earth for Earth Day. A beautiful blend of light Yoga, along with some breathwork and meditation for opening up to all the possibilities of creating our own gardens and playing in the dirt as we plant some seeds for summer, both in our minds and in organic soil that we will have at Dreams for you. It is only $25 dollars registering in advance on the Dreams website, and included with the Yoga, meditation, breathwork, you will also be receiving gardening tips from Andrea and we will be sending you home with some free plants including some cute little aloes! Andrea will also have a limited supply of transplants for your garden and flower bouquets for sale the day of, if you would like to go home with more. We will also have some healthy snacks provided that day for you also! Earth Day is April 22, but we celebrate the Earth every day, so here is your chance to spread the love and care for the earth and receive all that she has to offer.
