As a Lot Coordinator/Yard Worker at Borst Landscape… Your responsibilities could include: Maintain, clean, organize, and details heavy equipment. Equipment will include construction equipment and various pieces of machinery ie. Excavators, skid steers, loaders etc. Separate debris and load dumpsters Maintain a neat and orderly yard oriented toward maximizing efficiency Operates a standard forklift, handling cart and related equipment and tools to move materials Operates pressure washer in all weather conditions Performs visual inspections of equipment and report to onsite mechanic Cleans lot and run off pit as well as empties trash Conducts minor repairs and adjustments on equipment as needed Occasional facility duties may include sweeping and property maintenance This position is accountable for performing manual labor outdoors as directed Other Requirements:  NJ driver’s license required Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
