Take apart my chimney - experience required LOL

Hiya. I have a new house. I have a chimney next to my HVAC which sticks out the roof like a regular f-ing chimney, but then inside the house it just comes down inside the HVAC closet into a stack that goes nowhere. I want someone who knows what they are doing to take this thing apart from the top down to the floor so it’s just gone, and then patch the roof properly.
